I had initially had a lot of anxiety about this process because I tried to work with another company and left us in a lurch. Thanks to Google I found HHH Roofing & Cindy, who has been the absolute best Project Manager! She is very knowledgeable, patient, customer oriented and professional. Her communication was excellent. One minute into our consultation and all of my anxiety went away. They use electronic delivery for documents and provide relevant updates along the way. You can tell that this company values accommodating their customers from quality to safety to overall value & more!! I have already referred them to my friend & I would also recommend them again and again. I want to thank Cindy, the install team, the material delivery service & everyone involved in this process. We are beyond satisfied.

A rental I own weathered both Ike and Harvey with no roof damage. But time and rain finally did it in. I had new tenants and I wanted to keep their inconvenience to a minimum. HHH are pros from start to finish. They provided a quote in writing that detailed what was included. They answered my questions quickly via phone and text. The quote was fair and, because they had done my partner’s roof in Spring Trails, I hired them without getting other quotes. HHH handled the HOA paperwork and we scheduled the work once approval was received from the HOA in writing. We had scheduled a Saturday, but it looked like rain was on the way, so we rescheduled for the following Saturday. As they did the work, they texted me aerial photos and status. When they finished, they sent final pictures. The work was completed in one long workday. (About 10-12 hours.) The invoice was prompt and allowed me to pay online through my bank account. (Although you can pay by credit card for a small percentage of the total.) The roof looks terrific. HHH also provided the manufacturer warranty via email. If you need a new roof, make HHH your first call.
