Our Roof Replacement Process

Every Job comes with a Guarantee

1
Inspection & Assessment
We begin by conducting a meticulous examination of your roof, verifying both the current shingle type and whether there is another layer hidden underneath. By identifying any potential surprises upfront, we prevent unexpected costs later in the project. Throughout the inspection, we take detailed photographs and store them in our Company Cam software, ensuring a complete visual record and transparent documentation of your roof’s condition.
2
Material Selection
Because every homeowner’s needs and budget are different, we offer three distinct roof replacement systems—Basic, Standard, and Premium—each tailored to suit a variety of preferences and priorities. With transparent pricing and expert advice, we’ll help you choose the best system for your home, ensuring long-lasting value and peace of mind.
3
Installation & Clean-Up
Our crew starts arriving at 7:30 AM to ensure an efficient start, and we kindly request that you move vehicles out of the driveway to accommodate our trailer. Once on-site, we carefully cover and tarp any vulnerable areas—including plants, pools, siding, and HVAC units—to protect them from debris. Throughout the installation, we document our progress with drone photos so you can see each component that goes into your new roof. After the project is completed, we return the following morning to conduct an extra thorough clean-up, running magnets to capture any stray nails and performing one more sweep so your property is left spotless.
4
Final Inspection
Once installation is complete, we conduct a thorough final inspection to ensure every detail meets our quality standards. We’ll confirm that all materials were installed correctly, no areas were missed, and the cleanup is pristine. This inspection also serves as an opportunity to address any last-minute questions you may have, ensuring you’re completely satisfied before we consider the job done.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Common Questions

How long does a roof replacement usually take?

Most residential roof replacements take one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, as well as weather conditions. We’ll provide an estimated timeline before starting work so you know exactly what to expect.

The average lifespan of an asphalt shingle roof is 25-30 Years.

It depends on your policy and the reason for replacement. If your roof has storm-related damage or a covered peril, your homeowner’s insurance may pay for part or all of the replacement. Please read more on our Roof Insurance Claim page

Replacing your roof does involve some noise and activity around your home, especially when we’re running our air compressor, using our gas-powered elevator lift, and discarding old shingles into the dumpster. However, we take care to minimize disruptions by starting on schedule, keeping your property protected with tarps, and doing thorough cleanups. We’ll communicate daily so you’re always informed about our progress.

Proper maintenance is straightforward:

  • Schedule Regular Inspections: We recommend a professional roof check after our severe Houston weather.
  • Keep Gutters Clean: Clear out leaves and debris to prevent water backup.
  • Address Small Issues Early: Promptly repair any minor damage to avoid larger problems down the road.
