I emailed them, and they responded within a few minutes—they were incredibly responsive! Cindy came to reinspect our roof on Monday morning and worked for a few hours to repair it. Since it was covered under the one-year warranty they provided, she didn’t charge us anything, even though this repair was more extensive than the last one.
