Initial awareness of hail, missing shingle, etc. Document everything you can.
Research local roofing company for a storm damage inspection.
If storm damage is found, call your insurance provider to send out an adjuster. We will meet with adjuster to go over damage and ensure everything is accounted for.
If adjuster finds storm damage they will send an insurance claim packet. This includes your insurance policy and the scope of work in Xactimate. We will review the itemized scope of work to ensure everything is there and nothing is missing.
Insurance will send a 1st check for deposit. We will schedule a date for job. Upon completion and your satisfaction we will take pictures and send the final invoice to insurance, along with any other documents they request. After they will release the final check for the job.
